Needs Assesment
We understand the specific safety requirements and standards that the garments must meet. This includes identifying the type of hazards (e.g., chemical, thermal, mechanical) that the garments need to protect against.
Designing and Sampling
Developing a detailed design specification . Creating a sample garment to test the design ,fit and functionality.
Sourcing Materials
Arc Guard strategically sources its raw materials such as fibers, threads, dyes, chemicals and various other accessories from the top vendors from across the globe. The supply chain starts from sourcing the fibers to finished garments.
Cutting & Sewing
Fabric panels are cut according to the garment patterns and then sewn together by skilled workers or automated machines. This process ensures precise assembly and reinforcement of seams to enhance durability.
Quality check step - this process monitarize by in-line inspector
Quality Check
Arc Guard follows 3 point quality check system. QC1 is to check the quality of materials received. QC2 is in-line quality check while stitching. QC3 is the final QC check before packing and shipping.
Labeling & Packaging
Attaching brand tags, size tags. Folding the garment and packing it in protective packaging for shipping.
Packaging and Distribution
Finished garments are packaged and prepared for distribution to clients, ensuring they are properly labeled with safety information and care instructions.
